A fine wine list wisely combines the estate producers' wines with a selection of good vintages from the French vineyards. The chef, Arnaud Epherre, after a classical training as a cook (apprenticeship in La Mainaz) and an enriching career in neighbouring Switzerland, decided in 2008 to settle in Segny.
He set up his Parisian-inspired bistro with friends. Passionate of regional cuisine, his culinary philosophy is: quality, respect of the goods, simplicity of the layout, to ensure the best value for money.
All the dishes presented to you are cooked on the spot. The chef has updated the giblets to the latest tastes. Let yourself be tempted by his kidneys or sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, not to mention his authentic rabbit pâté.
