The team at the Ferney-Voltaire water sports center offers a range of aquatic activities

Discover our Aquatic Activities Program :

Aquagym:
Every Monday, immerse yourself in an aquagym session. Perfect for gently toning your body thanks to the resistance of the water, this activity is ideal for improving your physical condition in a fun and effective way.

Aquabike :
Every Tuesday, take part in our aquabike sessions. By pedaling in the water, you'll get an excellent cardiovascular and muscular workout, while taking care of your joints. It's a great way to burn calories and build stamina.

Aquagym en Grand Bain :
On Thursdays of the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month, join us for aquagym sessions in the big bath. This variant offers more space and freedom of movement, allowing for more varied exercises and an even more dynamic experience.

Aquajogging :
On Thursdays of the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month, try aquajogging. This innovative activity combines the benefits of running with those of aquafitness. Running in water reduces the impact on your joints while offering natural resistance for a complete workout.

Each activity is designed to suit all fitness levels. Join us to stay active, improve your health and have fun all week long.

Thursday 29 August, 7pm to 7.45pm: aquajogging in the full bath.
