The Mijoux crag is ideal for climbing with friends or family.
A bucolic setting, a very short approach walk and plenty of rock holds. All the conditions are there for you to get a taste for this activity.
If this is your first experience of rock climbing, or if you're looking to get back into shape after a break, our introductory session is the perfect opportunity to explore or rediscover the fundamental pleasures of climbing.
During this session, you'll learn essential techniques such as belaying, tying rope knots, and basic climbing moves.
For children, the initiation will be fun, with playful activities and an introduction to belaying methods.
