"One (provisional title for provisional planet)", is an ode to the fragile beauty of the world, a poetic indictment, from a child's perspective, of our responsibility in the face of climate change.
A strange ballet unfolds before our eyes: two humans play with a balloon representing the Earth. Initiating explorations, they spin the planet on itself, like a top, and choose their destination at random: the ocean, the ice floe or the forest... As their escapades unfold, the performers begin to play with the planet, but their little act escalates until they reach a point of no return. The blue planet, now red, then black, is charred then reduced to ashes: the planet is doomed... Is it possible to turn back the clock?
Small paper fauna, colorful flora; suspension games and video projections play with our perceptions, exalting the imagination and creating magic. And they gently lead us, of all ages, to question our power to act, today, on our world of tomorrow.
