Learn-to-swim and advanced swimming courses for children

The team at the Ferney-Voltaire water sports center offers several swimming courses for children aged 4 and over

- Swimming courses for children aged 6 and over: learning and perfecting the fundamentals of swimming in small groups:

1. Introductory course :
> Your child discovers the aquatic environment.
> 8 places/stage.

2. Evolution" course :
> Your child is able to move between 5 and 10 m, accepts immersion and jumps into the deep end of the pool.
> 8 places/stage.

3. Stage " perfectionnement " :
> Your child is able to move 25 m.
> 8 places/stage.

Tests are organized with the team of lifeguards prior to registration.

This test enables us to determine your child's level and guide him/her towards the course that best suits his/her needs. These courses are also open to children enrolled in the swimming school: in this case, the assessment test is not necessary (check with the instructor concerned to determine the appropriate level).

- Aqua plouf" sessions for children aged 4 to 5:
(children born in 2019 and 2020 - the child must be over 4 years of age on the date of the course to be registered).
> No assessment, registration form to be completed at reception to register.
> 6 places/stage.

From 08/07 to 02/08/2024, daily.
Test schedule: Wednesday June 19: 2pm to 4:30pm (tests every 15 minutes)
Wednesday June 26: 2pm to 4:45pm (tests every 15 minutes)
Wednesday, July 3: 1:30pm to 5pm (tests every 15 minutes)
