Built in 1904 in rococo style with stucco decorations, the building is still today a cultural venue, owned by the Domaine de Divonne-les-Bains company.
At the end of the 19th century, the spa and "fun" town began to specialize its buildings according to function: entertainment, shows and games, first offered in hotel lobbies, were later moved to theaters and casinos.
