A childhood dream come true : in Thoiry, on the foothills of Jura in the Pays de Gex, discover the adventures of Christian and Carmela Rouph's ewes.

Sheep breeding is practiced with the utmost respect for animals, with a feed even and harvested mainly on the farm. The sheep spend each month on the Jura mountain pasture Crozat. The recent makes it possible to manufacture products under hygienic conditions.
Manufactured Products: Fresh Sheep Cheese, Herbed Sheep Cheese, Shepherd's Tomme - Plain Yogurts, Vanilla, Orange, Lemon, Berries, Caramel, Mocha Flavors - vanilla flans, caramel, vanilla topped caramel.

Opening

From 01/01 to 31/12
Opening hours on Monday, Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm. On Tuesday between 9 am and 12 pm. On Saturday between 9 am and 6 pm.
Closed Wednesday and Sunday.
